* Permission Slip - one is needed for every scout outing that is away from the church. (right click on your preferred format from the list to the right and save the file to your local drive) : WordPerfect, Microsoft Word , RTF for the rest of us, or PDF
* Camp check list- what to bring to a camp and what not to bring to a camp. This will give you a basic idea of what should go into a backpack. Adjust as needed for overnight camps versus week long camps.
* Expense Reimbursement form in pdf format(or what you need to fill out to get your $ back into your pocket)
* Event Summary form as a pdf. To be filled out by the scout leader in charge of the outing. (2 pages, non duplex, no holes)
* Menu Planning form to help scouts plan meals for camp outs
